Job summary

On is seeking a Senior Lead to join our Global Digital Planning & Strategy team in Zürich. You will elevate DTC e-commerce strategy, translate it into actionable roadmaps, and partner with Digital leadership to drive growth.

You will own cross-functional initiatives, establish reporting frameworks (Jira dashboards, OKR tracking), and lead executive-ready materials for leadership meetings. A fast-growing, high-impact role in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Strategy Consulting, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, or Digital Strategy.
• Strong systems-thinking and ability to translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Roadmap: define long-term growth roadmap and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Operations & Execution: lead cross-functional initiatives and establish clear reporting frameworks.
• Leadership support: prep Senior Leadership meetings and deliver high-stakes presentations.
• Communications & Stakeholder Mgmt: own internal comms plan and coordinate across teams.
