EPAM Systems in Basel seeks a Cloud Engagement Leader to drive Microsoft cloud transformations for Life Sciences and Healthcare clients in Switzerland. You own bookings and revenue, shaping engagements from origination to closure and expanding partnerships across co-sell motions.

You will collaborate with leadership, delivery teams and client executives to steer AI, data, cloud modernization and application innovation strategies, while mentoring teams toward sustainable growth.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud strategy or digital transformation with Microsoft cloud experience.
• 5+ years in business development, sales leadership or alliance management with aggressive revenue targets.
• Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder cloud transformation deals.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, data, AI platforms and application modernization.
• Experience in Microsoft co-sell programs and partner engagement models.

Aufgaben

• Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline creation for Microsoft cloud transformation engagements.
• Lead opportunities from origination to closure, including deal shaping and commercial structuring.
• Execute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization, data and application innovation.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and position EPAM as a long-term partner.
• Collaborate with Microsoft account and industry teams for joint go-to-market and co-sell motions.
• Leverage Microsoft programs and funding to accelerate deal closure.
• Shape strategic cloud transformation deals with architecture oversight and executive messaging.
• Lead strategic pursuits, presentations and pricing strategies for high-value programs.
• Align with EPAM Business Units to ensure pipeline health and account growth.
• Contribute to Life Sciences and Healthcare GTM campaigns and industry offerings.
• Mentor client partners and teams in Microsoft co-sell best practices.
