Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in technology consulting or digital transformation with Microsoft cloud experience.
• 5+ years in business development or sales leadership tied to revenue targets.
• Proven track record closing complex cloud transformations with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, data and AI platforms.
• Experience in Insurance environments and Microsoft co-sell programs.

Aufgaben

• Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline for Microsoft cloud transformation engagements.
• Lead opportunities from origination to closure, including deal shaping and commercial structuring.
• Execute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization, data and application innovation.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives, positioning EPAM as a long-term partner.
• Collaborate with Microsoft account and industry teams for joint go-to-market and co-sell motions.
• Leverage Microsoft programs and funding (e.g., ECIF) to unlock opportunities and accelerate deal closure.
• Shape strategic cloud transformation deals with architecture oversight and executive messaging.
• Lead strategic pursuits, presentations and pricing strategies for high-value programs.
• Align with EPAM Business Units to ensure pipeline health and account growth.
• Contribute to Insurance GTM campaigns and industry-focused offerings.
• Mentor client partners and teams in Microsoft co-sell best practices.
