Zusammenfassung

EPAM Systems in Switzerland is expanding its Microsoft Business Group and seeks a Cloud Engagement Lead to drive cloud transformation engagements, revenue growth and strategic co-sell initiatives. This senior leadership role requires close collaboration with EPAM leadership, delivery, Microsoft, and clients to shape and close opportunities.

You will own bookings, lead origination to closure, and guide executive-level discussions on Azure modernization, data and AI capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud strategy or digital transformation, with Microsoft cloud experience.
• 5+ years in business development, sales leadership or alliance management with revenue targets.
• Proven track record closing complex cloud transformation deals with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, application modernization, data and AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft co-sell programs, incentive structures and partner engagement models.
• Ability to lead executive-level discussions and shape strategic programs independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial negotiation skills.
• Experience operating in matrixed organizations and partner-led ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–50%
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Aufgaben

• Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline creation for Microsoft cloud transformation engagements.
• Lead opportunities from origination to closure, including deal shaping and commercial structuring.
• Execute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization, data and application innovation.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives, positioning EPAM as a long-term partner.
• Collaborate with Microsoft account and industry teams to execute joint go-to-market and co-sell motions.
• Leverage Microsoft programs and funding (e.g., ECIF) to unlock opportunities and accelerate deal closure.
• Shape strategic cloud transformation deals, including architecture oversight and executive messaging.
• Lead strategic pursuits, presentations and pricing strategies for high-value programs.
• Align closely with EPAM Business Units to ensure pipeline health and account growth.
• Contribute to GTM campaigns, industry initiatives and Microsoft-aligned solution accelerators.
• Mentor client partners and teams in Microsoft co-sell best practices and partner-led selling.
