Job summary

Avaloq is seeking a temporary HR Operations professional to support our Swiss entities, with offices in Zurich, Ticino (Bioggio) and Geneva, and other European HR tasks. The role covers full employee life cycle, payroll coordination, and data management for SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

The position is a 9-month assignment, offering hybrid working arrangements to balance work life and Avaloq culture across our global offices.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in HR Operations/Payroll/HR generalist role.
Knowledge of Swiss labour law, social security system and immigration/work permit processes.
Advanced MS-Office knowledge and familiarity with HR information systems.

Responsibilities

Support in the management of HR administration tasks related to the full life cycle of the employee (on-boarding to off-boarding, including work permit management).
Preparation of employee related documentation (contracts, amendments, reference letters, work confirmations).
Management of employee data in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM including electronic files management.
Providing support and advisory to employees for their requests and questions.
Support in the management of payroll related tasks and relationship with our external payroll provider.
