The role covers Switzerland with responsibilities across Zurich, Ticino (Bioggio) and Geneva, offering hybrid work and close collaboration with People Advisors to ensure accurate HR administration and compliant processes.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations/Payroll/HR generalist roles.
• Knowledge of Swiss labour law and immigration/work permit processes.
• Advanced MS-Office and HRIS knowledge.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Aufgaben

• Support HR administration across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding.
• Prepare employee documentation and amendments.
• Manage employee data in HRIS and payroll systems including electronic files.
• Provide advisory support to employees for requests and questions.
• Coordinate payroll-related tasks with external payroll provider.
