Avaloq in Switzerland is seeking a dedicated HR Operations professional for a 9-month temporary assignment. You will support the full employee life cycle, payroll coordination, and data management across multiple Swiss entities.

Collaborating with People Advisors and HR teams, you will work with SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, ensure Swiss labor law compliance, and provide advisory support in English and Italian. A hybrid work model across Zurich, Ticino and Geneva is offered.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll or HR generalist roles.
• Knowledge of Swiss labour law, social security and immigration/work permit processes.
• Advanced MS-Office and familiarity with HRIS.
• Highly detailed, analytical, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Reliable, responsible and customer-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Support HR administration tasks across the full life cycle of the employee.
• Prepare employee documentation (contracts, amendments, references).
• Manage employee data in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Provide support and advisory to employees for their requests.
• Support payroll tasks and liaise with the external payroll provider.
