Job summary

Gi Life Sciences in Visp, Switzerland, seeks an HR Generalist for a one-year temporary assignment. The role covers full HR lifecycle support, recruitment, onboarding, development and offboarding, with emphasis on data quality and reporting.

You will partner with managers to optimize HR processes, advise on HR policies and contribute to projects including digitalization and change management, while ensuring Swiss labor law compliance and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and Swiss labor law (ideally).
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and HR systems.
• Independent, organized, service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR activities related to recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and separation.
• Advise managers and employees on HR processes.
• Participate in performance management, compensation, and talent management processes.
• Contribute to HR projects, digitalization initiatives, and change management efforts.
• Produce and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
