Mirabaud Group in Geneva is seeking an HR Operations intern for a 12-month period. You will support employee lifecycle administration, help organize Welcome Days for new joiners, and maintain employee records across a small, international HR team.

The role requires initial work experience (student job or internship), strong organization, and fluent written and spoken French and English; MS Office skills; and a team-oriented, discreet approach.

• Student job or internship experience (initial work experience).
• Very good written and verbal communication in French & English.
• Reliable, autonomous, discreet, team player.

Responsabilidades

• HR Operations management: employee lifecycle administrative tasks.
• Assist in organizing Welcome Days and HR events.
• Maintain employee records and files.
• Participate in HR projects implementations.
• Update HR policies and guidelines related to employee life cycle.
