Job summary

Mirabaud & Cie SA invites you to join the HR Operations team for a 12-month period in Geneva. You will support employee lifecycle administration, welcome days for new joiners, and HR policy updates, contributing to an entrepreneurial, family-oriented bank with a truly international presence.

The ideal candidate has initial work experience (internships), strong organization, excellent written and spoken French & English, and a collaborative, discreet mindset. MS Office skills are essential.

• Initial work experience (student job, other internship)
• Very good organizational skills
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in French & English
• Reliable, autonomous, discreet, team player
• MS Office: very good skills

Responsibilities

• HR Operations management: Employee lifecycle administrative management
• Participation in the organization of Welcome Days for new joiners and other HR events
• Maintenance of employee records and files
• Active participation in HR projects implementations
• Participation in the updating of HR policies, procedures and guidelines related to employee life cycle
