Mirabaud is looking for an Administrative Support to assist the team in Geneva. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support including client onboarding, reporting, and managing documentation. They must have a strong understanding of banking products, together with fluency in Spanish, French, and English.

Qualifikationen

• Min. 5 years’ experience as an Assistant in a Bank or IAM in Switzerland.
• Knowledge of Latam markets is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of compliance rules and Swiss regulations.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Prospect, onboard, and close clients.
• Prepare for client visits and internal/external meetings.
• Assist RMs with documentation and compliance issues.
