EPM Scientific is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR Business Partners in implementing people strategies and delivering HR services. The role covers end-to-end HR processes, change initiatives, and employee experience improvements.

Based in Visp, this position focuses on HR operations, analytics, and collaboration with an international team. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required, with several years of generalist experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Several years of experience in a broad HR Generalist role.
• Experience supporting HR projects and working in an international organisation is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support HR Business Partners in implementing people strategy and day-to-day HR services.
• Assist with HR processes across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
• Contribute to HR analytics, reports, and management presentations for decision-making.
• Lead or support local and global HR projects and drive process improvements.
