ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse is seeking an HR Business Unit Manager to lead four HR Business Partners and drive strategic HR policies. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle for about 200 staff, from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding.

Fluent German and good French skills are required. The role is on-site in Grenchen with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for development within the Swatch Group network.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HRM with 5+ years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and change management.
• Excellent communication and digital skills are essential.
