ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse is seeking an HR Business Unit Manager to lead four HR Business Partners and drive strategic HR policies. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle for about 200 staff, from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding.

HR Business Unit Manager 100%, ON SITE

• Personnel and professional leadership as well as further development of four HR Business Partners
• Implementation and further development of personnel policy at a strategic level as well as management of projects
• Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle for a department with around 200 employees: from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding
• Sparring partner for managers in all matters of personnel and succession planning, personnel development, disciplinary management and leadership
• Support for long-term absences and assistance with the reintegration of employees
• Active participation in various HR projects as well as involvement in the development and optimisation of HR processes
• Further training in HRM (federal diploma HR or Bachelor) and at least 5 years of professional experience in an equivalent function, ideally in an industrial environment
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
• Proven experience in change management and coaching
• Entrepreneurial, strategic and networked thinking
• Strong communication skills, trustworthy and high social competence
• Confident appearance, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
• Digital affinity and openness to new technologies
• Customer- and service-oriented action as well as pragmatic and solution-oriented working methods
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS 365), SAP knowledge is an advantage

Fluent German skills in spoken and written form are mandatory. In addition, you have very good French skills.
