Swatch Group Services Ltd. in Biel/Neuchâtel offers an exciting HR Business Partner role, managing the full employee life cycle and coaching managers to build a strong, performance‑driven culture.

You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment across Logistics, Customer Services, Quality Management, Real Estate and the Group’s Neuchâtel entities, handle contracts, onboarding, and employee relations with Swiss law expertise.

Formación

• University degree in HR or equivalent (Brevet fédéral).
• Strong recruitment and staffing experience in a multi-site environment.
• Excellent consultative and client-facing skills with knowledge of Swiss law.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main point of contact for employees and managers (>150 employees).
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and staffing for Swatch Group Services and Neuchâtel group companies.
• Partner with managers to analyse needs and source top talent.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, ensure onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance topics and change initiatives.
• Support managers in handling discussions, resolving issues and team conflicts.
• Organise yearly evaluation and talent management processes and follow up with actions.
• Monitor development needs and action plans.

To strengthen our HR team, we are offering an exciting opportunity based between Biel (60%) and Neuchâtel (40%), with flexibility to discuss the allocation. We are currently looking for an:

HR Business Partner (100%)

In this role, you will manage the complete employee life cycle and support our managers as a coach and consultant, helping them guide their teams toward success. Your mission? Build a great work environment, solve challenges with style, and contribute to the vibrant culture of our company.

Profile

Your responsibilities will include:

• Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers (>150 employees)
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and staffing for The Swatch Group Services in the fields of Logistics, Customer Services, Quality Management, Real Estate as well as for the Group's companies based in Neuchâtel.
• Be a partner with managers to analyse needs and select top talent.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding & offboarding.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance topics, and change initiatives.
• Support managers in handling discussions, resolving issues, and navigating team conflicts.
• Organise and control of the yearly evaluation and talent management process, and follow-up with measures if needed.
• Follow up on development needs and action plans.
• Handle warnings and contract terminations.

Professional requirements

• University degree in HR or equivalent (Brevet fédéral) with over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• You are a natural networker, collaborate efficiently with everybody and you build a trustful relationship at all levels and be regarded as a trusted partner.
• You get a strong experience in Recruitment ideally in the Supply Chain field. Hands on in sourcing.
• You have an excellent consultative and client service skill with the ability to effectively influence and manage key relationships with a strong knowledge of Swiss law.
• Autonomous and self-motivated, with initiative and an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
• You are data driven as well as highly organized: You have a very structured way of working, being able to prioritize a variety of complex tasks and to complete them diligently

• Fluent in French and in English, combined with good knowledge of German considered an asset.
