Lever, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Head of Operations to lead a growing multi-branch restaurant business. You will report to the CEO and manage Area and Branch Managers, focusing on execution, profitability, and scalable systems.

You will drive dashboards, data-driven decisions, and AI-enabled processes, building repeatable operating plans, budgets, and performance dashboards for rapid growth.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in operations or business management leading multiple locations (Area Manager/Head of Ops).
• Proven ability to manage managers and improve performance.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, margins, and unit economics knowledge.
• Data-driven with dashboards and digital tools.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Lead and improve performance across multiple restaurant branches via Area/Branch Managers.
• Establish clear roles, standards, decision rights, audits, and routines.
• Improve visibility into service, staffing, margins, and unit economics; hold managers accountable.
• Coach managers to own their areas and reduce escalations to senior leadership.
• Own the online customer journey from discovery to delivery and retention.
• Develop pricing, promotions, and budgets to grow sales while protecting margins.
• Identify opportunities to reduce leakage, waste, and bottlenecks; streamline processes.
• Turn opportunities into practical operating plans, pilots, and new service lines.
• Build relationships with merchants, partners, and service providers for scalable offerings.
• Support hiring and development as the business expands.
• Use AI tools, dashboards, automation to improve planning and reporting.
