Lever, Inc. is seeking an Operations Strategy Associate for a remote role. You will analyze data, build dashboards, and lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to boost efficiency and customer experience.

With 2+ years in Strategy or Operations, you’ll tackle automation, AI adoption, and process design in a fast-moving environment. You’ll own projects and drive impactful improvements across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Product Ops, PM, Consulting, or related fields.
• Ability to solve operational problems through process improvement and scalable systems.
• Strong data analysis using SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical models to support decisions.
• Evaluate and implement AI, automation, and internal platforms to improve ops.
• Design and optimize processes, workflows, and procedures for efficiency and quality.

• Identify root causes and develop practical, scalable solutions.

• Possibly lead an Operations team and improve its performance as needed.
• Adapt responsibilities as business needs evolve.
