Qualifikationen

• Degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 6–10 years in digital, e-commerce, CRM, or analytics within QSR/retail.
• Strong ability to turn data into strategic decisions.
• Fluent in English; able to work in Switzerland.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Develop market-specific digital & e-commerce strategy with franchisee partners.
• Own EMEA over-arching channel strategy refining product capabilities for growth.
• Collaborate with IT, product, data, and marketing to execute the roadmap.
• Represent the digital growth agenda in EMEA leadership forums.
