Zusammenfassung

Neural Concept is seeking a RevOps Manager to architect and run the revenue engine across Sales, Finance, and GTM strategy. You will own forecasting, GTM analytics, and the RevOps tech stack, partnering with the Finance Director to drive data-driven decisions and faster, smarter commercial results.

You will design end-to-end sales processes, enable cross-functional alignment, and leverage AI tools to automate and optimize revenue operations in a hybrid, high-growth environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Commercial Finance in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record improving forecast accuracy and pipeline velocity.
• Advanced finance background with P&L and revenue recognition.
• CRM expertise with Salesforce or HubSpot; capable without external support.
• Experience deploying AI tools in RevOps is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own revenue forecasting models aligned with FP&A cycles.
• Manage GTM analytics and dashboards for ARR, NRR, pipeline KPIs.
• Own RevOps tech stack (CRM, BI, CPQ); ensure data integrity.
• Design end-to-end sales processes and deal desk workflows.
• Partner with Finance and Sales leadership on quotas and territory planning.
