Zusammenfassung

Future Kitchens AG is seeking a hands-on Finance Lead to own all accounting for the company and to design an automated accounting workflow for 55+ partner restaurants. You will manage AP/AR, month-end close, VAT, and payroll while delivering real-time dashboards for management and investors.

You’ll report to the CEO and collaborate with Growth and Operations to scale the business and partnerships across Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial or finance education (Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, ideally expert level)
• 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in Switzerland
• Solid command of OR, Swiss VAT, and payroll including social insurance
• Strong systems mindset: automate before you delegate
• Proficient with modern accounting software (Bexio, Abacus) and integrations
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; BI or dashboard tools a plus
• Fluent German and professional English
• Ability to meet weekly payouts on time

Aufgaben

• Run full accounting for Future Kitchens AG: AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end close, VAT filings
• Prepare weekly partner payouts for 55+ partner restaurants
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements for management and investors
• Build real-time financial dashboards and analytics
• Design and roll out automated accounting services for partners
• Run payroll for internal staff
