Hyatt Place Zurich Airport The Circle invites a professional to join as Assistant Front Office Manager. You will support daily operations, ensure Hyatt standards, and lead guest service excellence in a bustling 300+ room property at The Circle.

Fluency in German and English is required, with a confident, guest‑focused leadership style and at least 1 year in a front office role within a hotel environment. Night, weekend, and holiday work are part of the schedule.

Qualificações

• Experience in hotel front office operations, preferably in a larger property.
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
• Swiss vocational education and training in hospitality is required or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Front Office Manager in daily operations and guest service delivery.
• Contribute to smooth check-in/check-out experiences and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor front office colleagues to uphold Hyatt standards.
