Hyatt Regency Zürich Airport sucht einen engagierten Assistant Restaurant Manager. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Restaurant-Manager zusammen, steuern den täglichen Betrieb und garantieren Servicequalität nach Hyatt-Standards.

Sie führen das Team vor, coachen Mitarbeitende und pflegen exzellente Gäste-beziehungen. Sie unterstützen Personalplanung, Dienstpläne, Inventur und Kostenkontrolle, arbeiten eng mit Küche und anderen Abteilungen zusammen und setzen Upselling-Initiativen um.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Food & Beverage Service, ideal in Hotelgastronomie.
• Führungserfahrung oder Teamleitung von Vorteil.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Durchführung des täglichen Restaurantbetriebs und Sicherstellung der Hyatt-Standards.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küchen- und Abteilungsbereichen, Coaching des Teams, Gastenzufriedenheit sicherstellen.

Integrated within The Circle’s vibrant ecosystem of retail, dining, and the Convention Center (17 Meeting Rooms + Convention Hall for up to 1,500 persons), this hotel is one of Hyatt’s most visible showcases in Europe.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Together with the Restaurant Manager, you ensure the smooth running of daily operations while delivering service excellence in line with Hyatt standards. You lead by example on the floor, coach and motivate the team, and build strong relationships with guests to create lasting impressions and foster guest loyalty. Working closely with the kitchen and other operational departments, you ensure seamless service, high‑quality standards, and a welcoming atmosphere at all times.

You support operational planning, delegate daily tasks effectively, and contribute to the commercial success of the outlet through upselling initiatives, special promotions, and a proactive approach to guest engagement. In addition, you assist with workforce planning, scheduling, inventory control, and cost management, while ensuring compliance with Hyatt standards, food safety regulations, hygiene requirements, and ISO 22000 guidelines. As a passionate hospitality professional, you continuously strive to elevate the guest experience while developing your team and driving operational excellence.
