AWS is seeking a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Global Sales Strategy & Operations team in Zürich. The role blends strategic influence with hands-on analytics and operational excellence to support Sales Leaders and their teams.

You will deliver monthly reports, conduct specialized analyses, and help drive data-informed decisions across multiple sales groups, ensuring high-quality data and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business and/ or strategy roles
• Experience using Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership

Responsabilités

• Data Analysis & Insights: conduct comprehensive analysis of diverse datasets to uncover meaningful business insights.
• Strategic Planning & Reporting: maintain monthly health of business models and manage financial modeling projects.
• Metrics & Performance Management: monitor and evaluate existing metrics and identify opportunities for new ones.
• Business Intelligence: deliver data-driven recommendations and create customized reports for business needs.
