AWS EMEA SARL (Switzerland Branch) is seeking a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to lead data-driven insights and reporting across Switzerland's sales teams. You will influence sales leadership, build robust analytics, and deliver monthly reports that shape business decisions.

The role blends technical data modeling with strategic business acumen to enhance performance and health of the sales function.

Formación

7+ experience in business and/or strategy roles.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.
Experience presenting to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

Conduct comprehensive data analysis to uncover actionable business insights.
Design and deliver regular and on-demand analytics for stakeholders.
Maintain monthly health of business models and manage financial modeling projects.
Extract and analyze data using Excel and other data management platforms.
Create customized reports to address specific business needs.
Communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
