Experience collaborating with senior leaders on workforce topics.

Develop and refine global compensation and benefits frameworks to support business growth.
Provide market benchmarking insights to attract and retain top talent.
Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure consistent employee experiences.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to inform leadership decisions.
