Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA is seeking a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to lead the development and deployment of an international Enterprise Risk Management framework. You will own governance structures, risk processes and cross-functional collaboration across regions and business units.

The role offers high visibility with senior stakeholders, exposure to diverse industries, and a hybrid work model in Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and governance.
• Hands-on experience designing or implementing risk frameworks.
• Experience in large international, matrix organizations.
• Strong understanding of compliance and governance topics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English with strong communication.

Aufgaben

• Design governance structures and processes for compliance and regulatory risk.
• Build and embed new governance structures in a newly established function.
• Coordinate a global network of risk stakeholders across regions and units.
• Facilitate risk identification, assessment and mitigation across risk areas.
• Consolidate risk information into an enterprise-wide view.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and propose risk responses.
• Define and track key risk indicators and mitigation plans.
• Prepare management reporting and risk insights.
