Job summary

Michael Page International is seeking an experienced Lead HR for a production site in Switzerland. You will manage the full employee lifecycle and partner with site leadership while driving international HR initiatives.

The role combines on-site responsibilities (about 50%) with Group-level HR projects across multiple countries, requiring a hands-on, advisory HR generalist mindset and strong collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

University degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
5–10 years of broad HR experience with full employee lifecycle.
Experience supporting manufacturing/operational environments is a plus.
Experience advising managers on people matters and employee relations.
Experience in international and/or matrix organisations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as main HR point of contact for the site, partnering with Site Manager and leadership.
Manage day-to-day HR activities: recruitment, onboarding, ER, performance, development, offboarding.
Advise managers on people-related matters and help build engaged teams.
Ensure fair application of HR policies and local employment law.
Support workforce planning, recruitment and talent development as needed.
Coordinate annual HR cycles: performance reviews, salary reviews and objectives.
