Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Relationship Manager, Private Banker or Senior Wealth Manager, serving high-net-worth clients.
• Established international client network with ability to attract and retain relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to grow own book.
• High degree of independence, ownership and commercial acumen.
• Client-first mentality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with cross-border wealth management and internationally mobile clients.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an international client portfolio, providing personalised wealth management services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and entrepreneurs.
• Own client relationships, business development and long-term growth of your portfolio.
• Build and maintain trusted international client relationships and understand investment objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities via network, referrals and proactive relationship management.
• Deliver tailored investment and wealth management solutions with internal teams and partners.
• Act as trusted advisor, delivering highly personalised service and high client satisfaction.
• Utilise the EAM platform to structure client solutions within regulatory guidelines.
• Expand international network and contribute to firm growth.
