AWS EMEA SARL (Switzerland Branch) seeks a world-class Global Account Manager to lead relationships with the world’s largest retail accounts, coordinating with AWS senior leadership for executive sponsorships and quarterly business reviews.

You will define cross-functional strategies, guide deployment projects and work with Executives, Solutions Architects, Partners and Service teams to win strategic opportunities and ensure customer success across the account.

Qualifikationen

• Experience representing AWS with senior personnel, driving discussions on trade-offs and risk mitigation.
• Experience creating long-term transformational account strategies in a customer-facing role.
• AWS Professional level certification, or ability translating technical analysis into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Experience leading and influencing data strategy within a team or organization.
• Experience mentoring, coaching and influencing colleagues and stakeholders.
• Experience solving problems and driving disruptive innovation across customer organizations.
• Competitive knowledge of GCP and Azure.

Aufgaben

• Build strategic relationships with C-suite and articulate a clear vision for the account.
• Sell at the most strategic level within the account and coordinate with AWS resources to support customer interests.
• Lead executive business reviews and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction across global deployments.
• Collaborate with Executives, Solutions Architects, Partners, Support, Services to drive deployment projects.
• Dotted line responsibility for downstream sales and technical resources distributed geographically.
