AWS seeks a Global Account Manager to lead a strategic CXO-level relationship with a major customer in the food, agriculture, and industrial sectors. You will define and execute a comprehensive account strategy, coordinating an account team and AWS leadership to drive adoption and business value.

You will build trusted advisor relationships with senior decision makers across LoB and R&D, manage a global sales pipeline in Salesforce, and influence across internal and partner teams to deliver

Formación

• 8+ years selling in technology or complex B2B environments.
• Sold to large, complex customers with cross-selling across product portfolios.
• Coordinated across internal teams to drive account outcomes for full-cycle deals.
• Built long-term relationships with senior business leaders and translated into outcomes.
• Experience coordinating with executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AWS account team and set strategy for the customer.
• Identify and build CXO relationships with senior influencers and decision-makers.
• Coordinate with solution architects, industry specialists, marketing, partners, and services.
• Define a CXO relationship strategy and coordinate executive business reviews.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and drive AWS solution adoption across portfolios.
