Qualifications

• 8+ years selling in technology or complex B2B environments.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Sold to large, complex customers and cross-sold across product portfolios.
• Coordinated across internal teams to drive full-cycle deals for global accounts.
• Built long-term relationships with senior leaders and translated into outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute within an AWS customer account team.
• Identify trusted advisor relationships with CxOs across LoB, R&D, Eng, and Manufacturing.
• Collaborate with internal AWS teams and external partners to deliver best solutions.
• Define CXO relationship strategy, coordinate executive reviews, maintain satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with senior executives and write executive briefing documents.
• Operate with autonomy in routine engagements; exercise sound business judgment.
• Manage a global sales pipeline via Salesforce through all sale stages.
• Lead negotiations and closing of Enterprise Agreements and PPAs.
• Maintain knowledge of AWS offerings and customer needs.
• Define product/solution requirements from customer feedback and evangelize needs.
• Work with marketing to develop references and case studies.
