Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a senior program leader to orchestrate cross-functional new market introductions, ensuring on-time product availability and stable post-launch supply globally.

This role drives lifecycle changes for Rezdiffra, coordinating with regulatory, quality, planning, logistics, and distribution partners to ensure compliant launches. Required is 10–12 years of international pharma launch experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and deep knowledge of

Formación

• BS+ degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 10–12 years experience with international pharmaceutical launches and cross-functional program leadership.
• Experience in regulated supply chains and European and Global distribution; pharmaceutical/biotech experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Build integrated Operational Readiness Playbooks with milestones, owners, and decision points; align operating model needs to internal plans.
• Drive go-live governance and post-launch stabilization cadence with clear escalation protocols.
• Coordinate packaging/label, distribution setup, trade/compliance, and inventory positioning dependencies across functions.
• Lead Wholesaler Selection and contracting for applicable markets.
• Manage Change Controls to ensure GMP/GDP compliance of launches and lifecycle changes.
