Job summary

Madrigal - Switzerland is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to lead cross-functional new market introductions and lifecycle changes for Rezdiffra, ensuring on-time product availability and compliant launches across markets.

You will build readiness plans, manage go-live governance, and coordinate with regulatory, quality, and distribution partners to stabilize post-launch operations while driving continuous improvements in lifecycle changes and packaging requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading international pharma launches and complex cross-functional programs.
• Demonstrated cross-functional program leadership and dependency management.
• Experience in regulated supply chains and European/global distribution in pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Build integrated Operational Readiness Playbooks with milestones, owners, and decision points.
• Drive go-live governance and post-launch stabilization cadence with clear escalation protocols.
• Produce deliverables such as readiness plans, onboarding packs, and governance decks.
• Lead lifecycle initiatives impacting existing products, including new presentations and shelf-life changes.
• Coordinate with Country leadership, Commercial Ops, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, Planning, Logistics, and Trade Compliance for timely implementation.
• Lead Wholesaler Selection and contracting for applicable markets.
• Manage Change Controls to ensure GMP/GDP compliance of launches and lifecycle changes.
• Represent Supply Chain in Cross Functional Launch Readiness Review Meetings.
• Coordinate phase-in/phase-out of product versions with Planning, Regulatory, Quality and Distribution.
• Ensure seamless handover to Distribution and Supply Chain Operations.
