Medartis, Basel, is seeking an experienced Senior Global Product Manager for its CMF division. You will own a global product segment from strategy to lifecycle management, leading development and coordinating international launches with cross-functional teams across Product Development, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Marketing, and Sales.

You will stay closely connected to surgeons and markets, translating market insights into product strategy and driving launch activities.

Formación

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field.
• At least 7 years' experience in product management in the medical device industry, ideally in an international environment.
• Good understanding of the medical device market and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to independently drive product development and launches.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative and communicative with the ability to build international relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of a global CMF product segment and develop its strategy and portfolio throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead product development projects with timelines, costs, and quality, including budgeting.
• Develop new products and enhance existing solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage international product launches and training activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
• Build an international network of surgeons and medical key opinion leaders.
• Gather market feedback post-launch and drive product improvements and actions.
• Contribute to product and regulatory documentation with QM/RA and Engineering.
