The role requires strong collaboration across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Insights, Corporate Communications, and Patient Advocacy, with up to 15% travel internationally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 12–15 years in biopharma marketing with R&D, forecasting, and analytics.
• Experience commercializing in Lupus and DERM/RHEUM is highly desired.
• Strong collaborator, strategic influencer and servant leader with cross-functional reach.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with VEEVA and PowerPoint; quick to learn Biogen platforms.

• Lead market shaping and market creation strategy across regions and customers.
• Execute omni-channel marketing plans with cross-functional teams to enable launch success.
• Onboard agencies and manage development of tactical assets and programs.
• Develop messaging hierarchy, creative guidelines, and brand lexicon.
• Support Go-To-Market launch strategies: Where-To-Play, How-To-Win, positioning and messaging.
• Lead Launch Readiness Reviews with cross-functional teams to prepare organization for launch.
• Develop and execute a world-class launch plan with appropriate resourcing.
• Collaborate with insights, Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, and Corporate Communications on messaging and engagement.
