Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of international pharmaceutical Market Access experience.
• Experience supporting launches in specialty pharmaceuticals or rare diseases.
• Strong understanding of European HTA processes and pricing negotiations.
• Experience working in matrix organizations across global and affiliate teams.
• Knowledge of market access, pricing and reimbursement strategies.

Aufgaben

• Support the development and execution of International pricing and market access strategies.
• Partner with affiliate Market Access leaders on country access strategies, HTA submissions and pricing negotiations.
• Collaborate with HEOR, Medical, Commercial, Regulatory and Global Market Access to develop value propositions and payer engagement strategies.
• Drive International launch readiness by integrating market access considerations into commercialization and lifecycle planning.
• Monitor external pricing, reimbursement and HTA environment, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Provide market access expertise to business development, portfolio planning and strategic initiatives.
• Foster collaboration and sharing of best practices across affiliates to strengthen International market access capabilities.
• Act as an enterprise leader, promoting cross-functional collaboration and contributing to a high-performing International Market Access organization.
