Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 12-15 years in biopharma with marketing, promotions, agency management, R&D, forecasting and analytics.
• Experience commercializing in lupus and dermato/rheumatology is highly desired.
• Strong collaborator, strategic influencer and servant leader with cross-functional reach.
• Analytical, financial acumen, project management skills; proficient in Excel and promo tools.
• Ability to summarize large amounts of information and present recommendations clearly.

Aufgaben

• Lead market shaping and launch readiness strategies for global commercialization.
• Coordinate with global, regional, and cross-functional teams for omni-channel campaigns.
• Onboard and manage agencies for asset development and programs.
• Develop messaging hierarchy, creativity, and branded/unbranded guidelines.
• Support Go-To-Market plans including positioning, lexicon and tactics.
• Lead Launch Readiness Reviews with cross-functional partners.
• Develop global SWOTs and mitigate launch risks with GCL and regions.
• Collaborate with insights, medical affairs, and patient advocacy for consistency.
