Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in Diagnostics, Medical Devices, or Capital Equipment
• Experience managing global launches for capital equipment in highly regulated environments (ISO 13485, FDA)
• Deep understanding of hardware Product Life Cycle, manufacturing scale-up, and global trade compliance for electronics
• Demonstrated matrix leadership, strategic decision-making, and cross-cultural coaching abilities

Responsibilities

• Secure global launch readiness and drive pilot-to-commercial scaling across countries
• Allocate ~60% of time to timeline coordination, volume ramps, and regulatory bottleneck resolution
• Lead multi-year planning for hardware solutions planned 2–5 years out
• Introduce new technologies and design methodologies to break silos and enable transformational leadership
• Oversee large-scale integration projects across internal and external sites and E2E supply chain workflows
• Negotiate global design standards with internal teams and external Logistics Providers
• Balance R&D speed with supply chain compliance and align costs with resilience
