WEIDMANN Medical Technology AG is seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with major customers in Germany and globally. You will manage transformer OEM accounts, drive profitable growth, and coordinate with service, product, quality, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Europe & Africa, the role requires travel within Germany and Switzerland, fluent German and English, and a strong commercial mindset in

Competenze

• 10+ years of B2B account management or sales experience in a technical or industrial environment.

Mansioni

• Build long-term relationships with key customers in Germany and at global account level.
• Manage accounts with a focus on transformer OEMs, ensuring customer satisfaction and business continuity.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to support long-term growth and customer partnership.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing and contracts, in line with company objectives.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Product Management, Quality and Operations to deliver effective customer solutions.
• Maintain account records, prepare sales forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
