RONAL GROUP in Härkingen, Switzerland, invites you to join our ICT team as a first- and second-level ICT support specialist. Provide prompt assistance via ticketing, phone, e-mail and on-site, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and maintain devices and peripherals.

You will support Microsoft 365, onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and contribute to ICT service improvements while communicating clearly with users in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or vocational education in Information Technology, ICT or a comparable technical discipline.
• Experience in ICT Helpdesk, Service Desk, Desktop Support or Technical Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune or comparable endpoint management solutions is an advantage.
• Experience with user administration, endpoint devices and IT service management (ITSM) platforms.
• Good understanding of networking, VPN, identity and access management (IAM) and endpoint security.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Aufgaben

• Provide first- and second-level ICT support via ticketing system, phone, e-mail and on-site
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, Windows operating systems and workplace technology issues
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and other workplace equipment
• Support users with Microsoft 365, standard business applications and workplace technologies
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, user accounts, access permissions and standard service requests
• Record, prioritize and document incidents and service requests in the IT service management platform
• Maintain ICT assets, licenses and device lifecycle records
• Support endpoint management, software deployment, patch management and endpoint security
• Provide remote and on-site support for offices, meeting rooms, rollouts and local implementations
• Create technical documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of ICT services
