Zusammenfassung

BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Swiss team on site in Genève. You will provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, diagnose incidents, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

The role requires fluency in French and English, a valid Swiss permit, and a customer-focused approach to meet SLA targets. You will work with Microsoft 365, AD/AAD, and endpoint security while delivering reliable IT support to users.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Swiss permit/work authorization.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in Level 2 IT support is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents escalated from Level 1 support.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS environments and Microsoft 365.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Configure printers, scanners, VPNs, and other endpoints.
• Install software, upgrade patches, and system updates.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and wireless connectivity.
• Deploy and image computers using standard tools.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Monitor endpoint security and antivirus solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA targets.
