Zusammenfassung

RONAL GROUP seeks an ICT Support Engineer for its head office in Härkingen, Switzerland. You will deliver first- and second-level ICT support, ensure reliable workplace services and contribute to a secure, modern IT environment.

You will work with colleagues across the business and external providers to deliver excellent end-user experiences while continuously improving ICT services. 100% role (m/f/d) with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or vocational education in Information Technology or a comparable discipline.

Aufgaben

• Provide first- and second-level ICT support via ticketing system, phone, email and on-site.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, Windows operating systems and workplace technology issues.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and other equipment.
• Support users with Microsoft 365, standard business applications and workplace technologies.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, accounts, and access permissions.
• Record, prioritize and document incidents and service requests in the ITSM platform.
• Maintain ICT assets, licenses and device lifecycle records.
• Support endpoint management, software deployment, patch management and endpoint security.
• Provide remote and on-site support for offices, meeting rooms, rollouts and local implementations.
• Create technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of ICT services.

We are looking for an ICT Support Engineer to join our head office in Härkingen, Switzerland. In this role, you will deliver first- and second-level ICT support, ensure reliable workplace services and contribute to a secure, modern and user-friendly IT environment. Working closely with colleagues across the business, internal IT teams and external service providers, you will help deliver an excellent end-user experience while continuously improving our ICT services.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide first- and second-level ICT support via ticketing system, phone, e-mail and on-site
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, Windows operating systems and workplace technology issues
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and other workplace equipment
• Support users with Microsoft 365, standard business applications and workplace technologies
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, user accounts, access permissions and standard service requests
• Record, prioritize and document incidents and service requests in the IT service management platform
• Maintain ICT assets, licenses and device lifecycle records
• Support endpoint management, software deployment, patch management and endpoint security
• Provide remote and on-site support for offices, meeting rooms, rollouts and local implementations
• Create technical documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of ICT services

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree or vocational education in Information Technology, ICT or a comparable technical discipline
• Experience in ICT Helpdesk, Service Desk, Desktop Support or Technical Support
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune or comparable endpoint management solutions is an advantage
• Experience with user administration, endpoint devices and IT service management (ITSM) platforms
• Good understanding of networking, VPN, identity and access management (IAM) and endpoint security
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel occasionally
