bid. is seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our Basel IT team. You will provide hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and networks on site and remotely.

You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, manage user accounts via Active Directory, Azure AD and Microsoft 365, and support onboarding and offboarding processes while collaborating with senior teams and vendors on more complex issues.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• German language proficiency.
• Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and/macOS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience working with ITSM tools and ITIL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite and remote IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS endpoints (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations and OS updates.
• Manage user accounts via AD/Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning and decommissioning.
• Log incidents in the ITSM system and track requests.
