Jobgether is seeking an IT Systems Support Officer for a fully remote role based in Switzerland. You will support users across Microsoft 365 and core business applications, manage access, assets, and system records, and contribute to cybersecurity and process improvements.

The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with systems administration, and you will collaborate with internal users and external IT providers in an international, people-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in IT support or systems support.
• Practical Microsoft 365 and cloud experience.
• Hands-on hardware/software/login and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and access.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts.
• Experience maintaining IT records and asset inventories.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy basics.
• Ability to investigate problems independently and escalate when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day technical support to users across Microsoft 365 and core business systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, connectivity, permissions, and user-access issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, system access, and access-control processes.
• Coordinate complex issues with external IT providers and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain IT asset registers, software licensing information, and system records.
• Document IT requests, changes, troubleshooting, resolutions, and outstanding issues.
• Assist with new system implementations, software updates, workflow changes.
• Test system changes and workflows to identify issues before they impact users.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements.
• Maintain IT documentation, knowledge resources, and user guides.
• Support cybersecurity and data privacy procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of tech and processes.
