Zusammenfassung

RONAL GROUP, headquartered in Härkingen, Switzerland, seeks an ICT Support Engineer to deliver first- and second-level ICT support and ensure a secure, user-friendly IT environment.

You will work with colleagues across the business, support Microsoft 365 and endpoint management, and help improve ICT services while communicating in German and English. Travel occasionally may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or vocational education in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in ICT Helpdesk, Service Desk, Desktop Support or Technical Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune or comparable endpoint management is a plus.
• Experience with user administration, endpoint devices and ITSM platforms.
• Strong networking, VPN, IAM and endpoint security understanding.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and customer service skills.
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Aufgaben

• Provide first- and second-level ICT support via ticketing system, phone, e-mail and on-site.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, Windows OS and workplace technology issues.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and other equipment.
• Support users with Microsoft 365 and standard business applications.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, accounts, access permissions and service requests.
• Record, prioritize and document incidents in the IT service management platform.
• Maintain ICT assets, licenses and device lifecycle records.
• Support endpoint management, software deployment and patch management.
• Provide remote and on-site support for offices, meeting rooms and rollouts.
• Create technical documentation and contribute to service improvements.
