Summit Recruitment AG is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer in the Aargau area to own and advance the modern workplace environment, including Windows 11 clients, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, and endpoint security.

You will safeguard Entra ID security with Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Protection, while resolving complex third‑level incidents and assisting the second‑level team on projects and design decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Completed apprenticeship or IT education, ideally Informatiker EFZ.
• 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies.
• Experience in third-level support and complex troubleshooting.

We are supporting an a industrial client with a Modern Workplace Engineer position in Aargau area.

Your responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of the Modern Workplace environment, including Windows 11 clients, Azure Virtual Desktop, managed mobile devices, Intune and endpoint security.
• Operate and further develop Entra ID security, Conditional Access, MFA and Identity Protection configurations.
• Resolve complex third-level incidents, support the second-level team and contribute to engineering projects and design decisions.

Your background

• Completed apprenticeship or education in IT, ideally Informatiker EFZ.
• Three to five years of experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies
• Experience in third-level support and complex troubleshooting.
• Very good German and good English
