SoftwareOne in Romandie-Switzerland (hybrid) seeks a Senior Security Engineer with strong Microsoft Security, Identity and Compliance expertise and AI-enabled Modern Workplace experience. You will design, implement and deliver enterprise security transformations across Microsoft 365, Azure and security technologies.

The role focuses on strengthening customers' security posture while enabling productivity and innovation, with collaboration across Security, Sales, and Delivery teams.

Qualifikationen

• Years of enterprise security consulting, engineering or architecture.
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft security, identity, and/or compliance projects.
• Experience with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong consulting mindset with translating business requirements into security solutions.
• Structured, self-reliant, solution-oriented working style.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement enterprise security architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Lead customer engagements around Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance and Privileged Access Management.
• Implement and optimize Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Passwordless Authentication, Identity Governance, Access Reviews, Lifecycle Workflows and Privileged Identity Management.
• Design and deploy security solutions across Azure and Microsoft cloud environments.
• Conduct cloud security posture reviews and support governance, policy management and secure workload design.
• Lead threat protection and SOC modernization efforts including Defender for Cloud and Defender XDR.
• Support Copilot-enabled environments with governance and security controls.
