FORFIRM CONSULTING SAGL is seeking a Modern Workplace & End User Support Specialist to deliver technical support for Windows and Microsoft 365, manage Intune and Entra ID, and collaborate with security teams in Lugano. You will support end users onsite, remotely, and via phone while maintaining documentation and knowledge bases.

The role emphasizes device lifecycle, OS deployment projects, and proactive productivity improvements within a secure digital workplace environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of experience in Service Desk, End User Computing, Modern Workplace, or Microsoft 365 support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for device management and application deployment.
• Knowledge of device enrollment technologies, Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
• Experience using ITSM ticketing platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities across Windows, Microsoft 365, identity services, networking, and endpoint management.
• Understanding of security best practices, patch management, and endpoint compliance.
• Fluent Italian language skills.
• Good knowledge of English.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support to end users onsite, remotely, and via phone.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and service operations through the corporate ITSM platform.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
• Manage user identities and access through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Configure, deploy, and manage corporate devices through Microsoft Intune, including enrollment policies, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
• Support device lifecycle management activities, including provisioning, replacement, onboarding, offboarding, and Windows 11 migrations.
• Perform hardware and software compatibility assessments and contribute to operating system deployment projects.
• Monitor endpoint compliance and participate in patch management and security standardization activities.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to authentication, synchronization, endpoint management, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure operational excellence and service continuity.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Provide recommendations for improving end-user productivity, device management, and Microsoft Modern Workplace adoption.
