Job summary

Cradle seeks a Global Account Executive to lead strategic engagements with R&D organizations in Europe, owning relationships and driving multi-million-dollar partnerships. You will partner with product, ML, engineering, and customer success to shape proposals and deliver high-impact, technically complex projects while building a strong personal brand in biotech and AI-for-science.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in the life sciences or equivalent experience with R&D teams in biotech/pharma.
5+ years in B2B sales with proven quota achievement, ideally SaaS.
Ability to translate highly technical topics into business value for R&D stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive business development across the global biotech and biopharma landscape, nurturing leads and closing high-value enterprise deals.
Own strategic accounts with a focus on top pharma players, delivering millions in ARR.
Collaborate with product, ML, engineering, and customer success to shape proposals and execute complex projects.
Represent the market voice, surfacing feedback to inform product direction and roadmap.
Build a strong personal brand in biotech/AI-for-science, attending global events and engaging with executives.
