Job summary

Cerrion, headquartered in Zürich, is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive revenue growth with international enterprise clients and to shape the GTM strategy. You will close complex deals, interact with senior decision-makers, and collaborate with product teams to align offerings with market needs.

Ideal candidates have strong German and English, 3–5+ years in enterprise software sales, and willingness to travel for global accounts. Equity is included as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of enterprise SaaS or software sales experience.
• Fluent German and English (French a plus).
• Willingness to travel to client sites and international customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales cycles for international industrial leaders and close multi-million deals.
• Collaborate with SDR and CS teams to build a robust pipeline and ensure value realization.
• Work with Engineering and Product to translate field insights into product developments.
